Single Game Video Breakdown

Being aware of our strengths and weaknesses allows us to work on the skills needed to improve on Ice performance. Through video break down we will identify strengths and understand how to better play to them as well as identify key weaknesses in our game that could use improvement. We recommend every goalie review video of their games with or without a coach within two days so the goalie can have a focus for his or her next practice.

Lesson Video Breakdown

We believe that focusing on details and executing details is critical during practice. Many times we see goalies feel they are executing a detail one way on the ice, but then change their mind after reviewing video. Seeing video from “the pucks perspective” helps the goalies understand how much net they fill in different situations.
